We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask that you provide detailed documentation of any damage upon arrival including photos. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are unable to refund your purchase if you provided inaccurate shipping information. Please check to ensure that all personal and shipping information is correct before submitting your purchase. Once your order has been placed, you may have up to 12 hours to make modifications by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with full order details. To ensure expedited shipment to our customers, if we have fully processed your order and it has been released for shipment, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to provide a full refund for your purchase after 30 days. However, we will gladly provide store credit for the amount of your purchase. Please contact us for further details.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or provide refunds or returns of gift cards.
Exchanges & Refunds
Please contact us and let us know the issue you are having. If approved, we will accept your exchange/return and provide a refund to your original payment method when we have received the product in clean, unused condition. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you desire is to contact us, gain approval for an exchange/refund by providing detailed documentation including photos, make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the approved product to us. Customers are responsible for exchange and return shipping charges. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label.
